GPLFox.com sells digital products and aims to provide clear, fair refund terms. Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned like physical goods, refunds are limited and granted only in specific circumstances.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Defective or Corrupted Files: If the downloaded product file is damaged, corrupt, incomplete, or if we cannot provide a working replacement.
- Missing Delivery: If you do not receive your download link or access information within 24 hours of a successful purchase, and our support team cannot resolve the delivery issue.
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error.
To qualify, requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

How to Request a Refund

- Include in your message: order ID, product name, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach supporting evidence when applicable, such as screenshots, error messages, or the corrupt file sample.
We will let all refund requests know within 48 hours, and may ask for additional information to verify the issue.
Review and Processing
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
- If we provide a working replacement file or technical resolution, a refund may be declined.
Fraud Prevention and Rights
