- We will notify the user who posted the material and provide them with a copy of the notice.
- We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service.

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if you are outside the United States, to an appropriate judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
- A physical or electronic signature of the counter-notifying party.
Could you send counter-notices to the DMCA agent at the contact details above? After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will let the original complainant know and, unless the complainant files a court action within the time period required by law, we may restore the material.
